It's a TSA-approved, lipstick-sized tooth gel and brush that fits in a purse or pocket that you just pull out and use at whim. Really pretty clever. You don't even need to rinse your mouth--just spit out the excess gel into a tissue or something. But do rinse the bristles as they are reusable. Get some bottled water from the flight attendant and go to the loo and rinse the brush.
