Although secluded, the hotel sits close to museums, galleries and the high-fashion Avenida Presidente Masaryk. It is also a short stroll away o landmark Paseo de la Reforma boulevard, or an easy Uber hop to hip quarters like Roma and Condesa.
The 19-suite property, from CDMX, provides a posh private home-like ambiance. Actually, back in the 1940s it was a private residence. But it was fully restore with amazing architectural touches such as wood and glass corridors, separate living areas and workspaces uniquely appointed with rich walnut wood floors and custom textiles by Rodrigo Garagarza and Raul dela Cerda. Delicate imported woven fabrics over individual couches and tri-color benches add to the decor.

The contemporary building is highlighted by d an oversized terrace and double rooftop spa cabin, while the original neocolonial estate holds the interior veranda with a double-height glass ceilings, the library and honor bar, gym and seven suites, including the Grand Ivy Presidential Suite.
Breakfast and teatime are served in the veranda. Cocktails are poured in the terrace. You an dine 'off campus' or enjoy Casa Polanco’s catering services and room service with a twist.
