Viking River Cruises Ship Strikes Bridge In Germany Killing Two

Earlier today a crew member was killed by a falling lifeboat on Harmony  of the Seas

Another tragic ship accident has taken the lives of two crew members, both Hungarian citizens, of Viking River Cruises Viking Freya according to UPIand other sources. The riverboat struck a suspension bridge in Erlangen, Germany as it headed down the Main-Danube Canal en route to the Danube River and Budapest. The roof-mounted wheelhouse was sheared off, killing the two people inside. The Freya was carrying 181 passengers none of whom were injured.
