Frida Kahlo-Beyond Appearances

The most revered female artist of the 20^th century, Frida Kahlo, is having major retrospective at the fashion museum of Paris, Palais Galliera. Over 200 articles including garments, accessories, correspondence, cosmetics, medicines and orthopedic aids are on loan from the Frida Kahlo Museum, they offer a rare, personal glimpse into the enigma of Frida Kahlo.

Füssli, The Realm of Dreams and the Fantastic

 Swiss-born British artist Johann Heinrich Füssli,used themes of Shakespeare, the bible. female forms, dreams, obsessions  and apparitions, in his work in the late 18^th and early 19^th century.  Sixty of Fussli’s works are on display, borrowed from museums and private collections.
