I decided to gift you a bonus post this week in celebration of Paris reopening from the COVID pandemic on May 19. 

I was overjoyed strolling through the Marais yesterday and seeing all the outdoor cafes open and thriving. The sun was peeking through while Parisians were eating, drinking, smoking, laughing, smiling, and people watching. It’s human nature that we take things for granted while we have them and don’t realize how precious they are to our everyday existence when we don’t have them. 

Which is your favorite Paris café? Mine is Les Nemours in front of the Palais Royal on Place Colette.
