Watershed Winery is the stunning picturesque vineyard which forms the lunch venue of choice on our Margaret River Day Tour.

Established in 2001, Watershed specialise in providing premium wines in beautiful vineyard surroundings complete with an award-winning restaurant and cafe.

Vineyard,  Winery & Cellar Door

With a passion for creating premium wines, Watershed Winery produces a delicious range of whites (Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Viognier) and reds (Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Merlot and Sangiovese.)

All of which can be tasted at their Cellar Door with friendly and knowledgeable hosts take you through their extensive wine list. A favourite wine to taste for Chief Explorer Carola is the Senses Shiraz (2014) –  “In my humble opinion, it is the nicest Shiraz in Australia!”

Restaurant and Cafe

Enjoy world-class views over the southern vineyard and the lake as you sit down to some top quality food from renowned head chef, Dan Gedge. The menu has a contemporary Australian flavour-filled style from local seasonal produce. In winter, enjoy your meal alongside open fireplaces – perfect to relax and indulge next to.

The restaurant also has a small indoor play area for kids, with a great grass area outside for the kids to run around on. This means Mum and Dad can do their tastings in relative peace

Café lunch is served between 12 – 3pm daily and no bookings are required.Coffee and cake 10am to 5pm. In the restaurant, bookings are recommended – lunch served Wednesday to Sunday 12:00 – 15:00 (open daily during peak times).
