I was watching television, suddenly news flashed Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address nation at 8 pm. on 8th November 2016. This was of course big news so news channel started their analysis and what they analyzed was Prime Minister could announce war against Pakistan. What ??? War??? How can it possible??? There is no scene of war I murmured into my mouth. Anyway I wait for the 8 pm and listened speech of Prime Minister. When speech starts it was sounds like Man Ki Baat rather than WAR AGAINST PAKISTAAN...
Between his speech, Prime Minister takes a long pause and announced - today by midnight all 500 and 1000 rupees notes will be ban by the government to control Black Money, Fake currency and corruption. Prime Minister assured everybody who has legal money, no need to get scared. Bank will change old currency with new currency...
I was happy indeed coz I too one of them who wants to control in corruption. I slept happily after listen news. Next morning, when I saw how innocent and commoners are suffering by this decision I realize this is not so easy. People who are traveling from one place to another, especially for medical emergency, had no small currency and India is still not that technical that everyone could use technical medium of payments...
In market, I met my uncle he was going to bank. My uncle told me his wife gave him 27 thousand rupees to deposit in bank. With lots of complaints he tells me - she hide this to me.
