You could Park your car right at the entrance, and a staircase of about 100 steps will lead you directly to these beautiful waterfalls. What’s better? You can even swim there, taking in all the beauty and the power of the falls. Don’t fancy the stairs or the swim? Don’t worry. You can still get that amazing view of the falls from the café nearby. 2. Mount Batur Sunrise Hike

Mount Batur is one of the most active volcano, and is just as stunning if not more. It is definitely worth paying a visit there and going on a trek. Mount Batur stands at 5600 ft, and guarantees a serene, calming sunrise views in all of Bali and compensates for the trek required to go there. In order to catch the sunrise, you’ll have to start early in the morning around 4AM because the trek takes about 2 tours on an average. The village of Kintamani is situated near Mount Batur. Kintamani has a rich bucolic scene set by the farms and mountains around. This village is a must try for families who are looking to escape the urban landscape and relax for a bit. You could go for a boat ride on the lake or cycle through the countryside roads, you can over the top of volcano on a helicopter or go off-roading along the slopes on an ATV. 5. Marine and Safari Tours

While both these river rafting take you through lush green jungles, they are about 2 hours long. Halfway through the rafting, you can stop to witnessing the beautiful waterfalls ( The Telaga Raft actually lets you drop down a 4 meter fall!). These rafts are considered safe and the rivers are classified as Class 3 Rapid. Both the rafts are accompanied by a sumptuous Indonesian buffet for lunch.

10. Temples of Bali

Visiting temples might not sound as exciting as a safari or a trek, But they are a must for the peace and calm views they offer. Bali is called the Island of Gods not just because of the 20,000 temples it houses, but because of the inimitable views they offer.
