Brunch is probably my favorite meal to go out for, and Disney Springs has some hidden gems in the brunch department. House of Blues offers weekend brunch with one of the best deals on property, bottomless mimosas! 

If you’re up for it, House of Blues offers a laid back atmosphere with live music for Brunch. It is available Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 2pm, with the full menu available after 12pm. We were sat in the back room where we couldn’t see the stage but could hear it and it was a great vibe! 

Bottomless mimosas and coffee were the popular choice for beverages, but they also offer a variety of brunch cocktails and other options.

BBQ Nachos - Four cheese sauce, avocado, roasted corn salsa, pickled red onion, tomato, Memphis BBQ sauce, cilantro crema, cotija cheese. Chicken, Brisket or Pulled Pork available

We tried a variety of entrees, some from the brunch menu and some from the lunch menu.  We enjoyed the variety of options available and everyone was satisfied with their choices.  While the Chicken 'n' Donuts was tasty, I didn't think they compared to Homecomin's.  However, at $18 at House of Blues, they are a much better value with Homecomin' charging $32 for their version. 

Tennessee Toast - country toast, avocado smash, roasted corn salsa, clover honey, sea salt

Smoked Brisket Sandwich - roasted garlic & herb aioli, crispy onions, garlic butter, brioche bun. Served with French fries

Chicken 'n' Donuts - buttermilk-fried chicken, maple-bacon donuts, bourbon & maple syrup, honeyed sriracha sauce, brown butter powder, chives

BBQ Bacon Burger - double patty, brioche bun, cheddar cheese, Applewood bacon, crispy onions, Memphis BBQ sauce. Served with French fries

Jambalaya - sautéed chicken, andouille sausage, onion, bell pepper, celery, Cajun rice

Overall there was a great variety on the menu and the prices were very reasonable by Disney standards, ranging from $15-$23 per entrée.  Portions were satisfying and everyone left stuffed.
