A principios de 2017, el Comité de Empresa de EIN llegó a un acuerdo con la dirección de la empresa para tener una mejora en nuestros horarios:
El horario queda modificado de la siguiente forma:

De lunes a jueves, el horario estándar será de 9 a 18h, con media hora para comer. Cada trabajador podrá aplicar flexibilidad a su propio horario, de manera que las horas de entrada y salida podrán desplazarse un máximo de media hora, y podrá también aumentar el horario de comida de media a una hora. La condición será que en todos los casos la dedicación sea de 8,5h diarias. Algunos ejemplos de cómo aplicar esta flexibilidad serían:
- De 9.00h a 18.00h con media hora para comer.
- De 9.00h a 18.30h con una hora para comer.
- De 8.30h a 17.30h con media hora para comer.
- etc…
- Los viernes, el horario será intensivo de 9 a 15h, una dedicación total de 6h.
El horario intensivo con tardes libres los viernes es una antigua reivindicación de la plantilla de EIN, y estamos por tanto muy contentos de haber podido llegar a este acuerdo para que se aplique finalmente.

- From Monday to Thursday, the standard time will be from 9am to 6pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. Each worker can apply flexibility to his / her own schedule, so the entry and exit time can be moved a maximum of half an hour, and you can also increase the lunch break time from 30 minutes to one hour. The condition will be that in all the cases the dedication is of 8.5h daily. Some examples of how to apply this flexibility would be:
- From 9:00am to 6:00pm with half an hour lunch break.
- From 9:00am to 6:30pm with one hour lunch break.
- From 8:30am to 5:30pm with half an hour lunch break.

- On Fridays, the schedule will be intensive from 9am to 3pm, a total dedication of 6h.
The intensive schedule with free afternoons on Fridays is an old vindication of the EIN workforce, and we are therefore very happy to have been able to reach this agreement to be finally applied.
