Easdale Quarries – Freediving and Rock Running

This weekend we went to Easdale Island. There are these amazing quarries there which were flooded by the sea over a century ago. The water is so blue and still, its perfect. We took our freediving kit and did some dives down a line and tried for the first time Rock running! Thats where you grab a big rock and see how far you can run along the sea bed! Anyway it was a great weekend so I thought I would put some clips together, hope you enjoy.
