Visit the historic city of Canterbury and the beautiful cathedral, or go punting along the great River Stour taking in the beautiful views and historical facts of the city. Amongst numerous heritage sites and gardens to visit, there are also plenty of events, attractions and activities taking place in Kent throughout the year. As well activities mentioned before such a cycle routes and punting, you can also visit various animal parks such as Wingham Wildlife Park and Howletts both in Canterbury, and Port Lympne Wild Animal Park in Hythe. A day out in itself plus plenty of experiences and activities to enjoy whilst you are there.
