It is very private and a short walk from the amenities the village of St. Nicholas-at-Wade has to offer.

Frost Farm has space for up to 30 homes, creating a pleasant community atmosphere but allowing plenty of room for each homeowner. All properties benefit from a higher specification than typical holiday homes (residential specification BS3632) and each home has its own private driveway to provide the security and ease of access that you require.
In support of this Frost Farm is exclusively for over 40’s, there are no facilities for children so it is not a park suited to families. This is a huge benefit to the homeowner community as it provides a peaceful environment for everyone to enjoy.
The park only closes for two weeks of the year (between the 31st January and 14th February) so you can come and go as you please for over 11 months of the year!
