Exclusive living is an important consideration for holiday homeowners who might be investing in a luxury home as a retreat for respite, relaxation and a quiet(er) life. It is also a consideration for those aspiring to a higher standard of accommodation and setting.
Frost Farm is ideally suited for either kind of living. There is space for 30 homes, which creates a pleasant community atmosphere but allows plenty of room for each home. Each home benefits from a higher specification than typical holiday homes (residential specification BS3632), and each home has its own private driveway to provide the security and ease of access that you require.
In support of this Frost Farm is exclusively for over 40’s, there are no facilities for children so it is not a park suited to families. This is a huge benefit to the homeowner community as it provides an environment conducive to everyone.
In addition, if that is not exclusive enough for you, you can come and go as you please for over 11 months of the year! Frost Farm closes for two weeks between the 31st January and 14th February each year.
