Firstly, thank you so much to those who've been inquiring. We're all well, but much has been Happening with each of us, at a personal level, that has required our attention. That explains the absence of any posts for over two months (gosh! has it been that long?).

MAEM started out as a personal blog, but we're proud of the progress we've made in the last nearly-4 years. That said, regular readers will also be aware that we here at MAEM have been considering a various changes to the blog for a very long time, including a new look and feel ... at least a little less unprofessional, to begin with! 

And we think the time has now come to make those changes. 

We're putting things together but it may still be a few weeks before we're live and running, so thank you for your patience.
