Tony Knowles Coastal Trail
Named for the former Alaska governor Tony Knowles, who served 1981-1987, Tony Knowles Coastal Trail is one of the four lanes greenbelt located in Anchorage. In the winter the road is used mainly for cross country skiing and Skijoring. The trail is part of the annual Tour Anchorage cross country ski marathon.

Imaginarium Discovery Center
Alaska Imaginarium Discovery Center is a hands-on, minds-science discovery center, a place where families and visitors of all ages can explore art, history and science through play.

Alaska Native Heritage Center
Alaska Native Heritage Center is an institution of education and culture for all of Alaska, located in Anchorage, Alaska. The center opened in 1999.
