Amazon Finds: How to Throw a Minnie Mouse Birthday Party for $100

We just celebrated Ellie’s 2nd Birthday a couple of weeks ago and wow- never did I ever think we would celebrate via social distancing, but we did AND we had FUN!

Regardless of our minimal guest list, I still wanted to make the day special and festive! Soooo, enter Amazon, of course!

For a fun, coloful picture backdrop, I used these tissue paper fans (I used 2 sets but you could definitely just use one).

Ellie wore this pink Minnie outfit/ears and Ava wore this red one.

We blew up a few of these gold & pink confetti balloons, blew up this 16″ “2” gold balloon, and used an old pink tablecloth I had left over from another birthday party as well as this gold sequin table runner I also use nearly every birthday party in some fashion.

We chose a simple route and made homemade strawberry cupcakes, decorating them with vanilla icing, sprinkles, and these adorable + sparkly Minnie cupcake toppers. This set of Minnie Mouse dinner plates, cake plates, and napkins were a fave of the girls!

We played Pin the Bow on Minnie Mouse (made out of construction paper), danced to Mickey Mouse Clubhouse songs via Spotify, FaceTimed with family, and opened some super cute presents!

A few of you messaged me on Instagram as well… wondering what in the world to buy a 2 year old for their birthday!

Well, I can say that this running water sink has been a HIT at our house since gifting it to her! Highly recommend!
