I do love to engage myself, in sports Activities. One of the activities i participated was cycling.

During my childhood, I cycled almost everyday. Nowadays, I rarely have the time due to work and household chores.


The activity was enjoyed, able to cycled 10 km,  in the fun ride.The fun ride, was along the paddy fields, a chance to admire the paddy fields and have a fresh air.

The fun ride, was organized by the E-Idaman, a waste management company in the north, to encourage the public to recycle and exercise. 

I participated with a kg of recycle items and paid, RM 30 from the actual fee of RM 40.

Received a Tshirt, Medal, Bip Nombor and lucky number.
