As the busiest of New York City’s three airports, it’s surprising that JFK Airport trails the others in terms of weather-related flight delays.  Like its counterparts, JFK gets the full monty of inclement weather (but apparently handles it better!). For those who can handle it no longer, nearby Republic Airport in Farmingdale (FRG) may be able to get you more quickly on your way.
