Today quite a few of our staff have gone to see the Norwegian Getaway which is now docked in Southampton. The Norwegian Getaway is set to be the largest ship in 2014 to sail from Miami and probably the most colourful!

Everyone has been very excited to board the ship for a one night taster cruise before its maiden voyage tomorrow. The lucky people sailing tomorrow are sailing on the transatlantic crossing to New York.

The Getaway will be the sister ship to the Breakaway which will be NCL's most recent addition to their fleet. The Getaway will have a fire work display on every cruise, an aqua park with 5 water slides (I love them), three story complex with ropes course, a mile long boardwalk with eight outdoor eating venues and a three deck atrium running the length of the ship.
