Cruising for Cats........

Do you find it too hard to leave your precious pets at home whilst you go off on your jollies? Well Cunard is the one and only Cruise Line who allows cats and dogs onboard. Yes that's right....you can take your cat on the cruise with you. The purpose of this was not really introduced for those people who can't bear to be partied from the beloved pets, but more for people who are re-locating and using the cruise to get to get to their new home city etc.
I think it's a genious idea, I feel guilty if I leave my cats when I go away for just a weekend, and even then I make someone stay at my house to look after them. Dogs and cats are given outdoor playtime several times a day, and if they love to interract with other pets you can request that they all have playtimes together. The kennels have visiting blocks of 2 hours each time, several times per day. Cats get fluffy beds, scratching posts and litter trays. Cunard have a limit of 12 pets per cruise, so you would need to book up early.
Some cats and dogs are not good travellers so this idea wouldn't suit everyone.
I'm not sure that my cats would like it too much, they are very timid and hide from people they don't know.
But I have to say, I still think it's a brilliant idea.

My gorgeous cats, Patsy and Edina.

P.S. This blog is also to annoy my manager who told me he doesn't like cats!!
