Amid an extreme summer and blistering, never-before-seen heat wave, Kerala is baking. With temperatures intensifying day after day, the state is witnessing the deadliest-ever heat wave ever recorded.
So, what are Heat Waves? Heat Waves can be defined as extreme weather phenomenon that occurs when the maximum temperature reaches at least 40°C or more in the Plains, 37°C or more in the Coastal region, and 35°C or more in the Hills.
