Scheduled to open in 2027, Fairmont Manchester San Diego will be the largest Fairmont in the USA. Swissotel Kopaonik
The new premium hotel will be located in Serbia’s magnificent mountain range within the country’s largest and well-known ski resort, Kopaonik. It will welcome its first guests just in time for the 2024-2025 winter season. Swissôtel Kopaonik will be located stretching up to the Pančić peak at 2017 metres, often called “the Roof of Serbia”. The newly built property will offer 175 modern and comfortable guestrooms, a selection of restaurants, a cigar bar, spa & wellness area, business space and a ski room.
Fairmont Shimla Fagu
Fairmont Shimla Fagu is expected to open its doors in 2026 and the property will be newly built on a ~2.5-acre hilltop plot of land at an altitude of 2,400 metres in Fagu, Shimla. The 105-key luxury resort will be the fourth Fairmont property in India, following Fairmont Jaipur, which opened in 2012, Fairmont Mumbai, which is currently under construction, and Fairmont Udaipur.
