Here’s some information you should know during your stay at Myrtle Beach Resort. Please contact us with any questions.
WiFi Network: MBR5 – no password required.
- The pools remain open year-round—weather permitting. All pools (indoor and outdoor) are heated.-
- All pools are open from 10AM to 11pm, except for the indoor pool in building B, which will remain open from 11AM to 9PM.
- There is a one time complimentary towel delivery given mid-week.
- Pool/beach towels are not provided by the resort.
- There is a parking fee of $20 per car for the week to be paid at the security office near the front gate.
Check-Out Information
- Check out time is at 10:00 AM.
- Place used towels and washcloths in the bathtub.
- Load and run the dishwasher; do not leave dirty kitchen items in the sink.
- Turn off the lights.
- Lock all exterior doors and windows.
- Empty the refrigerator.
- Dispose of trash in garbage bins located under the stairs.
- Log off personal subscription services on all smart TVs.
- Report any damage or maintenance items to us by either calling 1-800-210-5500 or emailing [email protected].
