Flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara will cost 4500 to 6500

Pokhara to Birathanti by taxi 2500 – 3000 rupees depending on how you can negotiate. 

Jeep will cost 1000 to 1500 per person 

The cost of transportation will vary depending on the location you chose to start and end the trek and the mode of transportation you chose. 

Accommodation 

The cost of lodging will depend on the type of lodges or hotel you choose. In the mountains, most of the hotels are similar and the cost is also a bit similar. It is all about the types of hotels and resorts you choose in Pokhara.

Good quality hiking boots – 8000 to 15000 

Backpack – 3500 to 5000

Sleeping bag – 4000 to 1000 or also renting option available in Kathmandu and Pokhara. 

Trekking poles – 800 to 2000 for pair   

Hiking trousers – 1500 to 5000 

Warm Jacket – 3000 to 5000 for the north fake jacket with the north face logo. 

Quick dry T-shirt 800 to 2500 

Other items that you may want to take on your treks such as sunscreen, a headlamp, a water bottle, a first aid kit, and snack items. 

Overall, the cost of the Annapurna Base Camp trek for Nepali citizens will typically range from Nepali Rupees 25000 to NPR 40000. Depending on the types of trekking gear you want to buy and the hotels you want to sleep in. And the trekking gear can reuse many many times.
