The government has established three categories for this with a suggested minimum investment of INR 180 crore.

Ancient Architecture to Be Preserved 

The hotels will be built in a way that preserves the original architecture of the heritage sites. They will also feature modern amenities and facilities to attract tourists from all over the world.
