HGVC Maintenance Fees
Maintenance fee payments are mandatory for timeshare owners, so they should always be considered when estimating costs. HGVC maintenance fees are usually required to be paid by January 1st each year. Maintenance fees go towards making sure that your home resort is in good shape, so that means funding staffing and any resort renovations.
