There’s nothing quite like meeting your favorite characters at Walt Disney World! While character interactions have looked a little different for guests over the past few years, we’re starting to see the return of some character experiences around Walt Disney World resort. Disney recently announced that starting April 18, 2022, Walt Disney World will see the return of traditional character meet and greets once again. This means you can hug Mickey Mouse, ask for an autograph from Olaf, and enjoy those magical interactions we’ve all been missing! So which character meet and greet experiences are currently available at the Most Magical Place on Earth? We’re sharing a complete list to make your vacation planning even easier.
Magic Kingdom
Mickey at Town Square Theater
Meet Mickey Mouse in his EARidescent 50th Anniversary outfit for a limited time! When you enter the Magic Kingdom you’ll find the Town Square Theater to your right on Main Street U.S.A. This experience is available daily from 9:00 AM until 30 minutes before park close and is eligible for Genie+.
Cinderella & Elena at Princess Fairytale Hall
Princess Fairytale Hall in Fantasyland gives guests the chance to meet two princesses at once! For this experience, you’ll meet Cinderella and a visiting princess, Elena of Avalor. Available daily from 9:00 AM until 30 minutes before Magic Kingdom closes and eligible for Genie+.
Tiana & Rapunzel at Princess Fairytale Hall
The second Princess Fairytale Hall experience also features the chance to meet two princesses. Here you’ll meet Tiana and a visiting princess, Rapunzel. Available daily in Fantasyland from 9:00 AM until 30 minutes before the park closes. This experience is also eligible for Genie+.
EPCOT
Elsa & Anna at Royal Sommerhus
For the first time in forever, guests can meet their favorite princess sister duo once again in EPCOT at the Norway Pavilion. Elsa & Anna are greeting guests daily in their summer cabin, Royal Sommerhus. Available from 9:45 AM to 6:45 PM daily.
Disney Pals near Main Entrance
As you make your way into EPCOT, stop and visit with some Disney Pals in World Celebration near Spaceship Earth. Meet Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, and Pluto as they rotate out every 30 minutes or so. Available daily from 9:00 AM until 4:30 PM.
Mickey at Disney & Pixar Short Film Festival
Did you know you can find your favorite pal near the Imagination pavilion in EPCOT? Mickey meets with guests daily at the Disney & Pixar Short Film Festival, and he’s ready to spend some time with you! Most guests don’t realize this meet and greet experience exists, so the line is usually short. Available daily from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
Joy at ImageWorks
Smile big with Joy from Inside Out at ImageWorks in the Imagination pavilion. Located at the exit of Journey Into Imagination with Figment, you can’t miss this opportunity to pose with Joy! Available daily from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM and 3:10 PM to 5:40 PM
Vanellope at ImageWorks
Strike a pose with the fastest racer on this side of the internet! Vanellope from Wreck it Ralph is back to meeting guests at ImageWorks in the Imagination pavilion. This meet and greet is available daily from 10:45 AM to 2:15 PM and 3:25 PM to 5:55 PM.
Donald in Mexico
If you’re Donald Duck’s #1 fan, you’ll be glad to know he’s meeting daily in Mexico at EPCOT. To the right of the Mexico pavilion, Donald is greeting fans in front of an ancient Aztec pyramid. Available daily for 30 minute segments from 9:30 AM until 4:40 PM.
Belle in France
Belle can be found in the World Showcase near the France pavilion. She’d love to meet you and tell you all about her enchanting adventures! Meet and greet available daily at 9:30 AM, 10:40 AM, 12:00 PM, 1:50 PM, 3:10 PM, and 4:30 PM.
Mulan in China
Mulan can be found in the World Showcase near the China pavilion. She’d be honored to meet you and share a legendary tale with you! Available daily at 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, 2:50 PM, 3:50 PM, and 4:50 PM.
Jasmine in Morocco
Princess Jasmine can be found in the World Showcase near the Morocco pavilion. You’ll enjoy a new, fantastic point of view visiting her at her home-away-from-home. Meet Jasmine daily at 9:30 AM, 10:30 AM, 11:30 AM, 12:30 PM, 2:20 PM, 3:20 PM, and 4:20 PM.
Alice in United Kingdom
Curiouser and curiouser! You’ll find Alice in a world of her own near the United Kingdom in World Showcase. Meet and greet with Alice available daily at 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 11:20 AM, 1:10 PM, 2:30 PM, and 4:00 PM.
Snow White in Germany
Who is the fairest of them all? Snow White, and she’s waiting to meet you at the Germany pavilion in World Showcase! Stop by to snap a photo for the original Disney princess daily at 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, 2:50 PM, 3:50 PM, and 4:50 PM.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Olaf at Celebrity Spotlight
Meet Arendelle’s coolest resident at Celebrity Spotlight in Disney’s Hollywood Studios! Olaf the snowman is excited to be back and greeting guests once again at Walt Disney World, and he can’t wait to meet you. This experience is available daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and is eligible for Genie+.
Minnie & Sorcerer Mickey at Red Carpet Dreams
Get some face time with two of Disney’s biggest stars, Minnie and Mickey, at Disney’s Hollywood Studios! Minnie is dressed in her Tinseltown best ready for the red carpet and Mickey is dawning his Sorcerer’s Apprentice look from his hit film Fantasia. This meet and greet experience is available daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and is eligible for Genie+.
Vampirina, Doc McStuffins, & Fancy Nancy at Animation Courtyard
Smile and pose with some of your favorite Disney Junior pals, Vampirina, Doc McStuffins, and Fancy Nancy! They can’t wait to meet you. Find them daily in the Animation Courtyard near Disney Junior Play and Dance! in 30 minute intervals from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
Kevin on Discovery Island
Russell’s beautiful bird friend, Kevin, can be found hanging around Discovery Island at Disney’s Animal Kingdom! She’s roaming so you’ll have to keep your eyes peeled for her, but when you do be sure to pull out your camera and grab a photo or two. Available daily in 30 minute intervals from 9:30 AM to 4:45 PM.
