Ainamalu is the newest community within Waikoloa Beach Resort. It currently has 44 houses constructed, with many more units to be developed. These high-end luxury homes range from three to five bedrooms.  Many have a private pool and jacuzzi included. The spacious backyards have room for the kids to play on the lawn or swim while the adults use the grill on the covered patio.

With it being in a prime location to guarantee privacy from neighboring communities, it offers mountain, golf course, or partial ocean views. It sits within seven miles of various challenging golf courses, so you may play when the need arises. It is less than three miles away from the shops, grocery stores, and restaurants at the Queen’s Marketplace and the King Shops.

It was the first development of its kind of the Big Island of Hawaii due to it being developed around conserving energy.  Many people refer to them as “The Tesla Homes”.  Each home was built with Tesla power walls as solar panels.  They were also plumbed for gas hot water heaters and appliances to save money there also.
