- Child below or up to 5 years are allowed to travel freely without any seat.
- Child below or up to 12 years, the half fare will be charged without any seat.

Cancellation policy of Delhi to Manali bus by Himachal Road Transport Corporation
- An amount of 10% of the fare will be deducted in case the cancellation of e-tickets is up to 12 hours prior to the departure time of the bus (from originating station of the route).
- The amount of 25% of the fare will be deducted in case the cancellation of e-tickets is within 4 to 12 hours prior to the departure time of the bus(from originating station of the route). After this, no cancellation is allowed.
- Passengers who fail to Board the Bus at the Source Station mentioned in the e-Ticket have no right to claim refunds in such cases.
- The e-Tickets can only be canceled by the User himself up to 4 hours prior to the Departure Time of the bus ( from the originating station of the route ) by logging in to his/her account and then clicking on Print/Cancel link shown against the e-Ticket and then clicking on Cancel Button appeared on Tickets Detail Page. E-Tickets cannot be canceled at HRTC Counters.
- The service charges are non-refundable in case of e-Tickets cancellation.
- No refund will be made in case of e-tickets after the departure of the bus (from the originating station of the route).
- The e-Tickets can only be canceled by the User himself up to 4 hours prior to the Departure Time of the bus from the Originating Station of the Route by logging in to his/her account and then clicking on the Print/Cancel link shown against the e-Ticket. E-Tickets cannot be canceled within 4 hours prior to the Departure Time of the bus from the Originating Station of the route through any mode. For example: If an e-Ticket is booked from Shimla-Delhi for Rampur-Delhi route departing at 5:00PM from Rampur (Originating Station of the Route) and 9:30PM from Shimla ( Source of the Passenger), then the cancellation rules will be applicable from the Departure Time from Rampur (Originating Station of the Route) and not from Shimla (Source Station of the Passenger e-Ticket). This e-Ticket can be canceled by the user himself up to 1:00PM. No cancellation will be allowed for this e-Ticket after 1:00PM through any mode. No Email request will be entertained for the cancellation of tickets.
How to book Delhi Manali Ordinary bus online
- You should be a registered user to use this application.
- Register once and get your User Name and Password.
- Book/Cancel tickets after logging in to your registered account.
- For availing Smart Card or Senior Citizen Smart Card Discount, Please book single seat.
- E-Tickets can be booked up to 4 hours prior to the departure time of the bus from originating station of the route.
- Within 4 hours prior to the Departure Time of the Bus from the originating station of Route, Tickets can only be booked from HRTC Counters.
- After attempting e-Tickets, Please check your accounts booking history to confirm the e-Ticket. If the e-Ticket is appearing in your booking history only then it is booked.
- If the amount debited from your account and e-Ticket is not appearing in your accounts booking history then please email Card Holder Name, Amount of Transaction and Date of Transaction at [email protected] for refund. The refund will be processed within 7-10 days of receiving email. It takes minimum 3-4 days i.e. Banks settlement cycle to get the refund amount reflected in your account after receiving confirmation email from HRTC.
