The hotel’s signature restaurant 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung is offering an exquisite Mother’s Day Flying Brunch on the day before Mother’s Day (Saturday, 7 May).

A fun pass around brunch will bring to the table appetisers of cold seafood on a platter comprising poached Maine Lobster, Tasmanian Oyster, Chilled Black Tiger Prawn, Steamed Australian Blue Mussels and Himalayan Salt Cured Yellowtail King Fish. A charcuterie board as well as salads will also be served before things move on to unlimited servings of snacks including mushroom emulsion, foie gras, toothfish, wagyu beef sliders and more. The main comes as a sharing plate for shared joy featuring wagyu beef sirloin, wild caught red snapper, Hokkaido pork rack, lamb rib char siew and more. End things on a sweet note with unlimited sweet treats as well as all the cheese you can eat from the cheese wagon, promising a real feast for mum.
