In celebration with the upcoming Cinco De Mayo and Mother’s Day on the 5th and 9th of May respectively. MO BAR will be presenting one-day-only menus in collaboration with partners Junior The Pocket Bar, Milagro Tequila, Bar Stories and Roku Gin to create truly special experiences.
Cinco De Mayo at MO BAR – 5th May, Wednesday
MO BAR will be partnering up with guest bartenders Shallum Recto of Milagro Tequila and Tim Rosette from Junior the Pocket Bar to shake up a fiesta for Cinco de Mayo. For one day only, 6 – 9 pm, each bartender will be presenting two cocktails featuring Milagro Silver and Milagro Reposado (22++SGD each). Gather your amigos and start the evening off with a welcome Milagro slushie, before sampling even more tequila creations.

Agua de Mexico with Milagro Reposado Tequila, lime and Agua de Mexico mix
Palumbus with Milagro Silver tequila, grapefruit lychee cordial, lemon and grapefruit Bitters
Shallum will present…
Milagron with Milagro Reposado tequila, citron honey cordial and orange bitters
Sha lo ma with Milagro Reposado tequila, grapefruit, lime, fizz and something spicy
Mother’s Day at MO BAR – 9th May, Sunday
Celebrate this Mother’s Day with a special treat at MO BAR with the Mother’s Day Brunch or Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea sets. Whichever you choose, make it an extra happy occasion by adding on 2 hours free flow of champagne and Bar Stories cocktails from guest bartender Edward Koh (58++SGD). Presented in collaboration with Roku Gin, mum will be spoilt for choice with quality tipples.
The Mother’s Day Brunch (98++SGD per person) runs from 12 noon to 2:30pm and starts off with a Seafood Platter that includes Seasonal Oysters, Prawns, Snow Crab, and Maine Lobster. Diners can then select options from a wide variety of soups, starters, rice and noodle dishes, main courses and desserts. With dishes on offer from Samosas to Cantonese Style Fried Rice or Braised Angus Beef Cheek, every appetite will be satisfied.
Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea (48++ per person, 88++ for two persons) will run from 3 – 5 pm the same day. Cosy up to mum with platters of bite-sized sweet and savoury treats. The line-up includes savoury bites such as egg roll with mirin, miso emulsion and topped off with ikura, the smoked salmon on Hokkaido milk bread with wasabi mayo and sweet options such as the Goma eclairs, Baked cheesecake with a yuzu chiboust and many more. If your mum loves a little something extra alongside her tea, a tea set inclusive of one Roku Mother’s Day cocktail is also available for (65++SGD).
