Eastern Norway

Herfragården in Sokna, Norway. It’s a family farm that produces honey, eggs, meat, and organic vegetables. The Camping area has plenty of space for tents and hammocks, and they also rent out two wooden tents. There are opportunities for hiking, swimming, and berry picking in the surrounding area. They offer breakfast by arrangement and have facilities like a gas grill, shower, and indoor toilet. 

Elstad Camping, a family campsite located along the Gudbrandsdalslågen river in Ringebu, Norway. The campsite has a lot of open space and no numbered pitches, allowing Visitors to choose where they want to camp. They offer modern and clean sanitary facilities, a shared kitchen, and a small kiosk. Along the river, there is a great swimming area, a volleyball court, a football pitch, and a small playground for children. The campsite is surrounded by mountains, waterfalls, and valleys, and is close to the Kvitfjell Alpine facility and the Rondane National Park.

Elvebredden is a camping spot located in Kvelde, Norway. It is part of the Virgenes Økogård organic community farm, where visitors can pick and harvest their own food, including eggs from the hens in the meadow. The farm also has a shop where visitors can buy other products. The camping spot has a simple bathroom and toilet in the barn, and visitors can choose to stay in a lavvo or off-piste along the headland between the river and livestock.

Bjørnerud Fjellgård, a farm and camping spot located in Nesbyen, Norway. Visitors can camp in a gravel/grass area with benches and a fire pit. The farm has a shower and toilet in its own house, as well as an outdoor kitchen and play equipment. The sauna is available for an additional cost. South of Norway

Sigridnes in Åmli, Norway. The camping area has basic facilities such as electricity, water, and a place to empty the toilet, but the main attraction is the beautiful and clean green areas for close-to-nature camping. The property is located in a peaceful park along the Nidelva river and offers tailor-made trips for visitors who want to explore the surrounding areas by bike or canoe. Pets are allowed, but events and parties are not allowed, and there is a night rest after 2300 for those who want to enjoy peace and quiet.

Slettene Hage, a camping spot located in Herefoss, Norway. The camping area offers a unique opportunity to experience a farm environment with free-range chickens, ducks, geese, goats, and cats. Visitors can also participate in growing vegetables, picking berries, and caring for animals if they wish. The farm has a shop with local food and a greenhouse café. West Coast of Norway

Bjørndal, Bjørnafjorden. The camping area is located right on the beach with a beautiful view of the water and surrounded by nature. Visitors can camp with a maximum of 4 people per unit and the size is 15 m2. The area is quiet and peaceful, with a fishing lake and swimming area just meters from the camp. Skogseidvannet is well-known for its fantastic fishing, both char and trout, and there is a possibility of boat hire.

Camp Ålfjorden in Sveio, Norway. The camping spot offers parking for mobile homes, camper vans, and caravans with a maximum of 6 people per unit and a maximum length of 8 meters.
