Toubkal

Toubkal (Jbel Toubkal, Tubkal, توبقال‎ Tūbqāl, ⵜⵓⴱⵇⴰⵍ Tubkal)

Located in Morocco, Toubkal is a popular destination for hikers because it is a walkable climb with breathtaking views. During the summer, hikers can climb Toubkal without any technical difficulty, and guides can usually be hired to assist when needed. Hikers usually need a permit to climb the mountain and it is limited to 130 climbers a day.

Toubkal is located south of Marrakesh, in the Atlas Mountains of Morocco’s Toubkal National Park. It is just northeast of Ouanoukrim, which has the 2nd and 3rd highest peaks of the Atlas Mountains.
