Hampton Court Palace is a royal palace located in the Greater London area. Thomas Wolsey, Archbishop of York began building this amazing palace in 1514. Wolsey's original building was rebuilt by Henry VIII and other later kings. The only original parts that remained from Wolsey's palace are probably the areas of the Great Hall and parts of kitchens.
