The Lyman House located next door is the oldest wood-frame building that is still standing on the island.

Who wouldn’t want to be able to say that they took their family to visit the only zoo in the United States that is located within a rainforest? The Panaewa Rainforest Zoo and Gardens is certainly more than just your average zoo. For starters, it has an amazing botanical garden of tropical and exotic plants that you’ll find fascinating.
