Every day starts with a mesmerizing opening ceremony and ends with a carnival parade. Throughout the day you can tour the film city’s highlight sets, participate and wins exciting prizes at game stalls, get mehndi or a temporary tattoo made, take selfies at illuminated selfie booths, watch live shows and of course join the dandiya circle.
Dandiya typically starts in the evening. So, if you’re busy throughout the day, Ramoji Film Festival offers an evening package to experience the magic of the Dusshera to Diwali festival.
The Ramoji Festive Star Experience Evening
The Ramoji Festive Star Experience Evening package offers visitors a chance to experience the beauty of Ramoji Film City in the evenings. Pass holders can enter the park from 1 pm onwards. To make the most of your day, make sure you start your tour before 4 pm.
The afternoon and early part of the evening can be spent exploring Ramoji Film City. An air-conditioned bus will take pass holders to the mythical city of Mahishmati. Stand before the life-size palace walls, the chariots, the underground prison, magical staircases and more. Imagine yourself in place of the stars and enact your favourite scenes.
From the sets of Bahubali, it’s time to move on to the elegant and enchanting set of Bhagavatam. You can also witness live entertainment at Eureka- Spirit of Ramoji, Fort Frontier Wild West Stunt Show, Dome Show & Lights Camera Action, Action Theatre, Space Yatra & Film Duniya.
For children, there’s the added excitement of Fundustan to look forward to. From Borasura, Asia’s first interactive walkthrough of a magician’s workshop to Toyland and the Rain Dance, Fundustan offers plenty of experiences that will put a smile on every kid’s face.
And then there’s the Sahas Adventure Park. Kids can experience complimentary rides at Happy Hits, Kids’ Bungee, Soft Archery & Kids’ Zipline while adults enjoy Happy Hits, Sand Volleyball, Body Zorb & Sumo Suits. Getting to Ramoji Film City
Ramoji Film City is on the outskirts of Hyderabad. You can drive yourself to the Film City or take public transport. For the duration of the festival, you can avail yourself transport from hubs like LB Nagar and Nagole metro stations to Ramoji Film City.
