Who is Mahram

The minimum age of mahram to accompany a woman is 17.

A woman older than 45 can only travel if she is going on Hajj and Umrah with family or an organized group and she delivers a No Objection Certificate from her mahram relatives.

The woman is required to enter Saudi Arabia with the Mahram even if he lives in some other country. In this case, you must book indirect flights to get together at a certain place before entering Saudi Arabia.

If the visa of a woman is issued with a mahram, then she is not allowed to leave Saudi Arabia without a mahram.
