Finalizing its first camping project under the MKRR Adventure Tourism Pvt Ltd, 5friendss launches Camp 5friendss at Marora village near Dhanaulti in Uttrakhand recently.
In August last year, the company had started a picnic ground cum adventure resort in Gurgaon under its first exclusive product, which the visitors are very much liking. Moving forward to add another resort service to the tourists, this time, a beautiful campsite has been launched in the lap of the Himalayas near Dhanaulti, Uttrakhand with the brand name “Camp 5friendss” and assuming one of the best site for camping in Dhanaulti from service perspective due to a great level of experience and professionalism.
Before choosing Marora village to launch camp 5friendss here, the team of MKRR Adventure Tourism Pvt Ltd have researched well and done the SWOT analysis in regards to promoting this new and unexplored destination for potential tourists and travellers.
Shashank Ranjan, Co-Founder & Head of Product, 5friendss said that “our approach is very clear to promote this entire belt which is supposed to be unexplored so far and the visitor’s movement is less than comparing to the main Mussoorie- Dhanaulti- Kanatal stretch.”
He further said: “This destination is only 50 km away from Dehradun via Raipur-Maldevta road and our campsite is first to open in this entire region though there are few resort and camps are also located at same stretch but all are at the low altitude where the temperature is very hot and the tourists have failed to get the real fun of cool weather while camping in the mountains.
“Visitors will be able to see the wonderful confluence of a freshwater stream and the mountains while staying in the camp 5friendss, as well as the relief from fierce heat falling in the plains especially in Delhi & NCR.”

Amresh Kumar said that “though the destination is new from the tourism point of view, however, our team is quite positive about sales due to picturesque location, closeness from Dhanaulti main town, freshwater stream, easy accessibility and best in-house team to provide services at the site.”
Rohit Rawat said that we have already completed almost all the legalised work to run this beautiful campground at this location and has acknowledged getting NOC from some major department lies under Uttrakhand Govt. “We are still in the process to raise some more fund from various private and government bodies to develop this campground and nearby areas for increasing the overall footfall of tourist traffic.”, he added.
