24 November 2019 | After a loooong hiatus from the wild, I finally found myself back in the game thru a trek up Mt Ulap (lit. cloud), which was a very good thing for my soul during those times.
hen the day finally came and I was with the clouds. At last. Needless to say, my mind was off the clouds during the hike with my thoughts wandering from as simple as what to eat afterwards to the ancient belief in life as a repetitive cycle.. ring ring.. Nietzsche's eternal recurrence, begging to make sense in my then current life. That alone speaks volume that I hugely needed this climb.
So my point here, really, is nothing. I am just bored at this point in time being in the midst of pandemic without any outdoor prospect in the near future, superlatively underscored by the uncertainty of the job I just bashed lavishly, all interspersed around the thought of living in a country ran by clowns. Funny isnt it?
