Health and skincare forever attracts attention. If you are a working woman it is not possible for you  to visit the parlour frequently. This method is not  always good for your skin. In beauty parlours they use chemicals for increasing your skintone which  is not good for your skin. Whereas Ayurveda has got some natural ways to extend the skin care without any side effects. It is safe and good to follow the natural ways  to solve beauty and daily health issues. Here are some tips to improve your skin tone.
1.Apple Cider Vinegar:

Fill a spray bottle with vinegar and water, then spray it on the Sunburned skin. Another way is to wet the wash cloth with vinegar,  and gently pat it on the affected areas. Taking  a cool bath with diluted apple cider vinegar will also protect you from sunburn.
2.Turmeric Powder
Make a paste with turmeric powder, gram flour, and essence of green tea. Use this as a body scrub before taking a shower. Regular use can cause clear, speckless skin. This could even be used for skin lightening,  acne, and anti-aging.
3.Red Sandalwood
Add few drops of oil to red wood powder and create a paste with it. This may be applied on dry areas for moisturizing them. Leave it on the skin for 10-15 minutes. Red wood powder  produces nourishment to the skin cells.
