All of us favorite actress had shocked all her fans when she said that there was a phase she was battling depression. She had consulted many psychiatrists and had been under medication. The actress added that she never wishes anyone to go through such a situation. Now she has opened an NGO that focuses on spreading awareness about mental health and provides help to those suffering from depression and other forms of mental illness.
2. Kalki Koechlin
Nothing could be shocking than this. The former wife of Anurag Kashyap, Kalki Koechlin was sexually abused at the age of nine. The reason why she had revealed that dark phase of her life is she wants parents openly talk about ‘sex’ with their kids. The actress said she did not have the confidence to tell it to her parents and that’s why she had allowed the abuse.
3. Vidya Balan
While registering her new house in Khar, the ‘Dirty Picture’ star had to play dirty by greasing the palms of officials. The actor even took a pledge of ‘bribe bandh’ on stage, assuring the audience that she would never opt for the easy way out to get things done quickly.

The film-maker openly revealed that he was also sexually abused for 11 years. He was very small that time and the abuser were 22 years old.

Our coolest star, Hrithik Roshan, had some stammering problems and due to which his childhood was the worst phase of his life. The actor said that he was scared to wake up in the morning as he had to face people and talk to them every day. He was also bullied in school.

Because in an interview, Ranbir was asked if he had cheated someone in love and he said: “Yes, I have, out of immaturity, out of inexperience, out of taking advantage of certain temptations, out of callousness.” He then added, “You realize it now when you grow up and you value it more why be in a relationship, why be committed to someone when you cannot be committed? I have realized that now.”

This revelation of my all time favorite comic actor has shocked me for a while. The actor has admitted to being in relationships outside of marriage. He did not disclose any details though and said: ” Somethings in life should not be spoken about publicly. It’s best kept a secret.”
8. Aamir Khan
In an interview after the first season of his show “Satyamev Jayate” became a staggering hit, B-town’s perfectionist revealed that he and his team had to undergo therapy after wrapping up the show. Apparently, they became so unstable emotionally after being up close with the problems the ‘ Mango’ people of India faced, that they couldn’t take it and the whole team had to attend several sessions of therapy and counseling.
9. Arjun Kapoor
Do you know that Arpita Khan and Arjun Kapoor were in a relationship that lasted for a good 2 long years? After that Arpita Khan decided to dump an overweight Arjun Kapoor. And that was something which inspired him to hit the gym and attain that chiseled frame.
