You can enjoy your evenings in one of the Roof-Top restaurants with the splendid view of the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque and walk on the main Tram Line for shopping and buying Souvenirs. However, you should not expect and active night life in Sultanahmet Area since it's becoming quiet after 11pm.
You can consider staying in the hotel of Taksim, Karakoy or Sisli area if you need some action in the evenings.
Kucuk Ayasofya Hotels Area
