Sunday Brunch @ Brahma Brews

Sundays are for leisure ! That one day where you get to sleep for some additional time, ready to even give up on breakfast for that extra beauty sleep ! And when you finally decide to wake up, that stomach growls for some sumptuous food ! Well, here is an option for you – Brahma Brews in JP Nagar Bangalore have a Sunday Brunch going with 150+ dishes and drinks to go with as well. Be as lazy as you can, wake up, head here, hog and drink, go back home and sleep again !

It’s almost impossible for me to detail out the experience of all the dishes but I’ll run you through with pics so you get an idea of the lavish buffet spread. Here’s the menu though that will list everything !

Sunday Brunch Menu

As you could see from the menu, Live Counter Stations are alive and cooking here ! That sound of sizzle, aroma in the air was a fun place to be. Got my Chicken Ham Omelette to start off with the breakfast portion of my brunch and it was no stopping after that.

I’ve not seen such a big Paddu maker ever ! It did taste good too !

Salad Station had a good variety going and some interesting picks too

Veg Pizza freshly made, served hot, thin crust, loaded and nice to eat

Chaat and Tawa stations were the busiest ! Chole Kulche Delhi Style won the day !

Dim Sum station was stacked up well with good options

Mangalorean Tawa Fish variety for the sea food lovers

Add sausages along with grilled veggies and meat for completing the starters quota.

From the main course, some top picks for me were the –

  • Herb Rice
  • Goan Fish Curry
  • Bok Choy Chicken Broccoli
  • Roasted Chicken and Garlic Mash

Got a few cocktails going, they were interesting blends but had the wow factor missing and could have been better

Though the appetite was giving up , there is always some room for Desserts albeit in tasting portions. Gur Rasgulla, Agra ke petha, Chum Chum, Crem Brulee would be some of my top picks.

At the end it was a calorie pounding feast suited for a leisurely Sunday while spending time with family and friends at a massive open and spacious dining area.
