The Q-SYS solution allows the Rahi team to monitor, control and troubleshoot A/V components remotely across the extended enterprise from a single interface. Administrators can also make programming and firmware updates through the cloud platform. Additionally, the Q-SYS solution incorporates Microsoft Teams to enable two-way communication between users and Rahi’s technicians. Users can easily initiate a voice call or chat window, or request assistance via email if they prefer.

Most customers utilize the Q-SYS platform through a Managed Services provider such as Rahi, although it can also be purchased directly from Q-SYS.
