Selling on Netflix is a must-see real Estate drama. The OC will be launched on August 24. Fans will also meet Sean Palmieri, a native of South Florida, among the new crop of real estate agents. Selling The OC is considered the second spin-off of the smashing Selling Sunset, which is already a successful Netflix show. The Oppenheim group is gearing up for more drama with the opening of their new office in Newport Beach.
Alex Hall, Alexandra Jarvis, Alexandra Rose, Austin Victoria, Brandi Marshall, Gio Helou, Kayla Cardona, Lauren Brito, Polly Brindle and Tyler Stanaland are among the other cast members.
According to the show’s official synopsis:
“It shows three different Alexandras, not one, not two, but three. The Oppenheim Group is expanding its territory from Hollywood to Newport Beach with their second office in the upcoming spin-off Selling Sunset. With a new crop of real estate agents trying to settle, the pressure may be too great for some.”
Sales The OC Real Estate Agent Sean Palmieri has a degree in advertising.
Sean Palmieri studied advertising before entering the real estate market. He attended Benjamin School before enrolling at the University of Florida in 2013. After three years, he obtained his B.Sc. in advertising. In 2016, he made his first foray into the real estate industry by joining ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. He worked with Sales and Operations for Zaha Hadid’s One Thousand Museum.
He was the Marketing Director for one of San Diego’s key luxury teams, as well as the Luxury Marketing Director for Coldwell Banker Global Luxury in Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles. He spent two years as a marketing director at Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty. Sean acquired valuable expertise and developed an impeccable ability to lead teams and make good judgments in the real estate market while working there.
He later moved to Coldwell Banker Global Luxury, where he worked as a luxury marketing manager. He supported the marketing goals, premium offices and local marketing strategy for his business there. He left the company after about a year and will join The Oppenheim Group in May 2021. Sean has acquired excellent skills on every project and listing he worked on while working as a luxury real estate broker for a well-known organization.

Sean has gained extensive experience and knowledge in the real estate industry over the years. He currently represents multi-million dollar luxury homes in Bel-Air, Beverly Hills, Hollywood Hills and Malibu, as well as Orange County, San Diego and other areas of California.
On days off from Selling The OC, he enjoys spending time in Malibu and Laguna Beach, cooking his favorite dishes and going abroad to see family and friends. Palmieri’s Instagram shows that he has built strong friendships with his colleagues and enjoys participating in various activities with them. On August 24, viewers can watch all episodes of Selling The OC on Netflix.
