Netflix’s sales season 1 of The OC will be available on Netflix on August 24. The real Estate drama follows a group of real estate agents whose primary goal is to bring in the best clientele for their company, The Oppenheim. Viewers will also meet Lauren Brito, a real estate agent who enjoys spending time with her fiancé and golden dog in her spare time.
Selling The OC is a spin-off of the streaming service’s successful real estate drama Selling Sunset. The Oppenheim brothers have built a second office in Newport Beach and hired a new team of real estate agents. In addition to the business, the program will also highlight the real estate agents’ professional and personal competition.

Born in Southern California, Lauren Brito has lived in Orange County for ten years. She seamlessly incorporates her “beach towns” experience into her real estate industry because of her beachside demographics. Lauren also ran her family business in the suburbs of Los Angeles before entering the real estate industry. However, while running the business, she has gained extensive knowledge in operations management, customer relations, negotiation and marketing.
Selling initially In 2017, the OC real estate agent started working as a real estate agent at First Team Real Estate in Orange City. The real estate company was a subsidiary of the Mastorakis Group, where she worked for three months. She then became a real estate agent at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in August 2017.
