Enter The URL Of the Deleted Blog For the Reason of Spam

Now You can See The name Of the deleted blog in the BLOGS I AM FOLLOWING TAB

Click On That Blog

Now Click VIEW IN GOOGLE READER in the Corner
You can now see your deleted blog Posts ,So copy that and Paste in your new blog
