Mavretič presentation in NUK Ljubljana

Two years ago, in 2013, dr. Anton Mavretič, a preeminent Slovenian expert in space science and technology, donated over 300 kg of his research material (sketches, notes, lectures) to the National and University Library of Slovenia in Ljubljana (and KSEVT for the exhibition). They were archived not only to be preserved but also to remain in publi domain, to be digitalized and to be made widely accessible for future researchers and students.

Today, Friday, the 19th of June 2015, at 4 PM (CET+1), original folders containing development documents from the Voyager, Explorer, Wind and many other programmes, were publicly presented at the library. The event was hosted by dr. Marjan Rupert, head of the Manuscript, Rare and Old Prints Collection at NUK and attended by dr. Mavretič in person.
