We are a national leader in Solar PV Installations and we are looking for three talented individuals to join our fast-growing solar business. You will be part of a talented team of engineers actively supporting our clients in the implementation of our Solar PV Projects at Commercial, industrial and Utility Scale throughout Ireland and the UK.

As a Graduate Engineer with Activ8 Energies, you can expect to work on a variety of exciting projects nationwide including activities as diverse as solar assessments, feasibility studies, project development, construction and operation and maintenance, market studies, and a lot more.

This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious engineering graduate looking to enter the rapidly growing renewables and solar field.

About you

· To be eligible for consideration for our Graduate Solar/ Renewable Energies Programme, you’ll need to have obtained a degree within the engineering sector and/or be an experienced Electrician whom is looking to progress their career to a project management role.

· We’re looking for people with a genuine enthusiasm for building a diverse skill set and helping us grow our commercial department.

· You’ll bring creativity, an eye for detail and a good sense of judgment, and enjoy problem solving and overcoming challenges.

About the programme

As a graduate engineer we’ll equip you with the skills, knowledge and experience you’ll need to become a leading professional at Activ8 Solar Energies. You’ll spend time in house with our experienced commercial team learning, designing and implementing the full life cycle of the installation of our Solar PV projects.

We’ll reward you with a starting salary of €35,000 a year. And on top of your salary, you’ll also have access to our employee benefits package which includes a mobile phone, laptop, free gym membership and company social club.

This is a two-year programme, where you can look forward to:

· Getting involved in a range of projects and initiatives on top of your everyday role, giving you the chance to develop at a fast pace.

· Being part of a team to deliver large scale PV projects from initial feasibility, planning and design right through to delivery and O&M thereafter.
